Bose QuietComfort Ultra NC Over-Ear Headphones Diamond 60th Edition (Open Box)

Switch Between Quiet, Aware, and Immersion Modes

Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones pair noise cancelling with Bose Immersive Audio, which places what you hear in front of you instead of inside your head. CustomTune technology measures the shape of your ears each time you power them on and adjusts the sound to fit.

Quiet Mode blocks out distractions, Aware Mode lets you hear your surroundings, and Immersion Mode combines full noise cancellation with Immersive Audio. Up to 24 hours of battery life and soft, removable cushions keep them ready for long listening sessions.

Sound Made for You

• Bose Immersive Audio: Hear music placed just in front of you, as if you weren't wearing headphones.
• Immersion Settings: Choose Still to keep the audio in place as you move your head, or Motion to have it follow you on the go.
• CustomTune Technology: Get sound tailored to your ears, measured with a calibration tone each time you power on the headphones.
• Adjustable EQ: Let the headphones balance bass, mid-range, and treble automatically, or set your own levels in the Bose app.

Noise Cancelling With Modes You Control

• Quiet Mode: Get full noise cancellation so you can focus.
• Aware Mode: Hear what's going on around you while your audio keeps playing.
• Immersion Mode: Combine full noise cancellation with Immersive Audio.
• Custom Modes: Create your own modes in the Bose app with the noise cancellation level and settings you prefer, including Wind Block.

Calls, Controls, and Connections

• Clear Calls: Use an adaptive microphone system that isolates your voice from background noise and wind, including on calls in apps like Teams, Zoom, and FaceTime.
• Self-Voice: Hear yourself naturally on calls, as if you weren't wearing headphones.
• Multipoint Bluetooth: Connect to two devices at the same time and switch between them.
• Easy Controls: Use the multi-function button, power button, and touch volume strip on the right earcup, and let on-head detection pause your audio when you take them off.

Built for Long Days and Travel

• Up to 24 Hours of Battery: Listen for up to 24 hours on a single charge, or up to 18 hours with Immersive Audio.
• Comfortable Fit: Wear removable protein leather cushions and an adjustable headband made for long sessions.
• Wired Option: Connect the included 3.5mm to 2.5mm audio cable to listen wired with the headphones powered on.
• Bose App Control: Customize modes, EQ, and shortcuts, and receive the latest software updates.

What Does "Open Box" Mean?

This product is listed as a New Open Box item. New Open Box items are typically considered excess inventory from store shelves. They usually have assorted stickers on the packaging and have been exposed to customer contact. In addition, since most of these items have been returned from retail stores back to the warehouse, the packaging sometimes shows signs of extra handling. These products will go through verification that they are still in new condition and put in clean packaging. Product comes with a 1-year warranty. To learn more about open box products, click here.
